Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
50 g flour
oil for the pan
cinnamon (optional)
Preparation:
Step 1: Mash the bananas with a fork until you have a smooth puree
Step 2: Mix the batter
Add the eggs to the mashed bananas in the bowl and mix well, then work the flour into the batter. If you like, you can add a little cinnamon to add extra flavour
Step 3: Fry
Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and add a teaspoon oil.
Once the pan is hot, pour some of the batter into the pan in a circular pattern. Fry each side until it can be easily flipped over
